Machinery Enamel
Durobond multi-purpose enamel that dries to touch in about
an hour, curing to a film with excellent anti-corrosive, petrol
and oil resistance, tough, and heat resisting to 200ºC.
Used for machinery and general industrial component painting. Exterior durability is excellent.
Application is by spray, (air & airless) electrostatic,
brush and roller.
431
Quick Dry Enamel
Used for line marking and available in Safety Yellow, Disabled Blue and White. Low cost, general-purpose industrial enamel for use where
exterior exposure is a lesser factor. Touch dry within 20
minutes. Good petrol and oil resistance.
461 Rapid Dry Enamel
Touch dry in approx. 15 minutes. Ideal for use by component
manufacturers needing an easy to use enamel that dries very
quickly. Considerably lower in cost than powder coating. Lends
itself to short run applications. Finishing can be completed
at the point of manufacture. Used as a touch up enamel. Exterior
durability is very good.
Chemical
Resistant Coatings - Solvent / Solvent Free / Water-Based
Epoxy 21 (2-Pack)
Two-Pack coating for protection against harsh chemicals and
mechanical attack. Used for chemical storage areas, mechanical
workshops floors, restaurant kitchens, wet areas etc. Provides excellent
adhesion to many other substrates such as laminates, metals, some plastics and pre-coated
surfaces. Durobond Epoxy Systems employ “user friendly”
solvents of very low toxicity and odour.
Epoxy 44 (2-Pack)
A 100% Solvent Free Self-Levelling Clear Epoxy with very low odour, exellent adhesion, chemical and solvent resistance, good strength and toughness and low shrinkage on curing.
Duro-thane
-(2-Pack Polyurethane)
High-performance, interior and exterior coating
with excellent resistance to weathering, salt and soft water,
soaps, detergents, solvents and oils. Uses include kitchens,
metal coatings, automotive, exterior/interior machinery coating
requiring weather and chemical resistance.
Satellite Paint System
High-performance exterior coating with excellent resistance to weathering, salt, soft water, solvents and oils. Specially formulated for high signal reception.
Epitank (2-Pack)
A water based high solids 2-pack Epoxy coating for the waterproofing of concrete and steel tanks, primarily for the storage of potable
(drinking) water. This product provides a long-lasting high build coating with the chemical resistances required for outstanding protection against many corrosive substances. The resin system has FDA approval for contact with foodstuffs. VOC Free
Episeal
(2-Pack)
High solids water based 2-Pack Epoxy Sealer coat for waterproofing and heavy-duty protection.
Excellent water, chemical and traffic resistance. Also, available
as an anti-corrosive finish. VOC Free
